LPC1000 family overview

Introduction
These advanced, highly-integrated microcontrollers are based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core and are designed for embedded applications that require high performance and low power consumption in a cost-effective, 32-bit microcontroller. Operating at 80MHz from flash or RAM, these microcontrollers feature up to 256KB on-chip flash program memory and up to 64KB of SRAM.

The LPC1000 family will be supported by a host of efficient tools and development support environments provided by a range of partners including ARM/Keil, CMX, Hitex, IAR, Interniche, Nohau, PHYTEC, Signum, and ZLG. The LPC1000 works with standard ARM debugging hardware and compilers for the Cortex-M3 core.
